The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store. Our online store is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his commercial or independent professional activity.

By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

4. Delivery Conditions

We deliver the products to the delivery address specified in the order process.
We deliver only in the dispatch way. A self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.

In our store, the following payment methods are generally available:

In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc, One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (“Apple”), you must use the “Safari” browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions in the order process.
5.4 SEPA Direct Debit
By placing an order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you about the date of charging your account at least one bank business day in advance (so-called prenotification). A bank business day is any working day with the exception of Saturdays, national public holidays and the 24th and 31st of December each year. Debiting the account takes place prior to shipping the goods.

To pay the invoice amount via giropay, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instructions. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions in the order process.
Paydirekt
To be able to pay the invoice amount via paydirekt, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, be registered with paydirekt, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instructions. 5.6 Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”), we offer the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise provided below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. 5.7 PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions in the order process.
PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers further payment modalities in the customer account selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence on the offering of these modalities; further individually offered payment modalities affect your legal relationship with PayPal. Due to technical, organizational or financial reasons not all Payment methods may be available at all times. Payments – except by PayPal/PayPal Express – are processed by our service provider Stripe.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is made.
7. Transport Damages
If the goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during delivery, please report the defect to the carrier and notify us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or to make contact does not in any way affect your legal rights or the enforcement of such rights, notably your warranty rights. However, in doing so you help us to assert our own claims against the logistics service provider.
